This is an ongoing role (Temp - Perm) start as a contractor - Move to part-time employee.
We’re Grow Advantage — the fractional ops crew helping service-based founders stop drowning in admin and start running a business that actually works. We're looking for an Operations & Delivery Coordinator to own delivery across a portfolio of powerhouse small businesses.
You’ll become the glue that holds it all together, managing task flow, client communication, team updates, reporting, and ops improvements. This isn’t a junior admin role. This is a delivery oversight role for someone who gets business operations, loves coordination, and thrives in the driver’s seat.
Who We Are
Grow Advantage is a fast-scaling operations agency founded by Chrissy Elle (aka the sequins-and-systems specialist behind the scenes of 45+ service businesses). We run smooth-as-hell operations for service-based founders from inboxes and hiring to project delivery and automation.
We’ve made a name for ourselves through sold-out Strategy Sessions, VIP Days and leadership workshops. Now we’re rolling out done-for-you operations support as our flagship and it’s already booking out, even before it hits the website.
We’re scaling fast and we’re still in build mode, refining systems, improving delivery, and loving the messy middle of small business growth. If you thrive in growth phase and love making things run smoother, you’ll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll manage ops delivery across 4–6 small business clients. Expect to coordinate internal team delivery, ensure comms and systems are humming, and report into our Strategic Integrator.
Your week might include:
Owning and tracking task progress + managing workflows
Leading weekly internal check-ins with our offshore team
Attending monthly client strategy sessions
Updating reports, client comms + deliverables
Spotting delivery risks before they become dramas
Recommending (and helping roll out) smarter ops
You’re not here to do it all but you’ll need to understand it all and keep the machine running smoothly. And hey, if you don't understand it you will figure it out (if ChatGPT and Google are saved in your favorites then you're of to a great start!)
This Role Is For You If You:
Have experience in ops coordination, project delivery, OBM, or account management
Understand the backend of online small businesses + service delivery
Have worked with offshore teams (bonus points for Philippines-based teams)
Are fluent in project systems, inbox tools, CRMs + marketing platforms
Already use AI tools like ChatGPT in your work
Crave one stable, fulfilling role that fits in with your life
This Role Is Not For You If You:
Run your own ops, OBM or VA business and want to keep growing it
Are juggling multiple freelance clients
Want to stay in “assistant” land this is a step up with a growth pathway
Side hustles are welcome (we love multi-dimensional humans), but this is a team role with responsibility and growth potential.

You’ll start with strong support and clear systems but you’ll have full autonomy once you’re up to speed. We care about delivery and communication, not when you log in. If you’ve got client comms covered and ops flowing, you do you.
