The Role

As Educational Leader, you’ll guide, mentor, and inspire educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences. You’ll be part of the leadership team, embedding best practice across the service while building strong relationships with children, families, and the community.

Role Requirements

• ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current Working with Children Check
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and contemporary early childhood practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for creating inclusive and supportive environments
