A dynamic and design-focused studio is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join their growing commercial team. With a portfolio spanning education, commercial, and materplanning, this progressive practice also welcomes those with a background in industrial architecture. You’ll take the lead on well-resolved commercial projects, working closely with Directors and mentoring junior staff. This full-time permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing thoughtful design with strong delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial projects from early concept through to completion

Collaborate with clients and consultants to deliver cohesive outcomes

Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio-wide design reviews

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard

Apply sound knowledge of building codes and project constraints

Skills & Experience

Registered Architect in Australia

10+ years’ post-graduate experience across commercial + education sectors

Strong leadership in both design and documentation stages

Excellent Revit skills and technical documentation proficiency

Confident communicator with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
