About the role
The Team Leader Water Quality and Resources plays a leading role in managing NEW’s Drinking Water Management systems and ensuring the delivery of safe drinking water for customers.
In this role you will lead a team to implement operational system improvements in relation to drinking water compliance, strategy and product quality management.
This role is a full-time opportunity, including a monthly RDO and flexible work options.

Key Selection Criteria
Your experience and knowledge relating to delivery of safe drinking water, including Quality Management systems.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and support your team to succeed.
Your experience and knowledge relating to water resource management, for example monitoring of bulk entitlements and water trading.
Demonstrated knowledge of water treatment and reticulation processes.
Excellent verbal and written reporting skills, with the ability to customise reports for diverse audiences, including senior management, government agencies and peers.

Position Information
An attractive salary range of $104,078 to $116,623 plus 12% superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
This is a full time, ongoing position.
Successful applicants will be required to undertake pre-employment checks including a police check and/or pre-employment medical and functional testing where applicable.
