THE ROLE
Reporting to the Manager, HR Services this fixed term role to 30 June 2026 will play a pivotal role in the provision of authoritative advice, support and management of the delivery of HR services to managers and staff across the department, leading and motivating a team that provides effective and efficient services to internal clients.
The role will manage a small team of staff who administer and provide advice on the full suite of human resources operational matters ranging from recruitment, onboarding, contracts, conditions of employment, remuneration setting and formulating complex tailored HR advice.
To role will be required to provide high-quality strategic People and Culture consultancy, advice and solutions to manager, staff and HR contacts across the department and administrative offices. In addition, this role will contribute to providing support in deploying or implementing reform initiatives as well as support change management initiatives or projects.
