This well-established printing and signage business has a rare opportunity for an experienced or entry-level receptionist to become their friendly front-of-house face. With over a decade of delivering high-quality results across print, design, and signage, the business has earned a reputation for reliability, innovation, and great customer service.

The Role

As the Receptionist, you’ll be the warm and welcoming first point of contact for all visitors and callers, while also supporting daily admin tasks that keep the office running smoothly.

Your day-to-day might include:

Greeting and assisting visitors in person

Answering, directing and logging phone calls

Maintaining the visitor book and general filing

Processing EFTPOS payments and data entry

Helping with invoicing and reviewing freight costs

Managing office supplies

Ensuring policies and procedures are followed

No two days are the same, and you'll be supported by a tight-knit team who will help you grow your confidence and skills.

The Ideal Candidate

✔️ Some customer service experience (hospitality/retail/admin – all welcome!)
✔️ A friendly, upbeat personality and clear communication skills
✔️ Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔️ Detail-focused, organised, and reliable
✔️ A team player who takes pride in helping others
