Core Responsibilities

-Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and care.

-Manage reception duties, including incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.

-Provide support to the sales and service teams with customer communications.

-Coordinate appointment scheduling and customer service follow-ups.

-Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

-Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Experience

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-A friendly, approachable, and professional manner.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised.

-Customer service or reception experience preferred.

-Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
