Your Responsibilities:

Cultivating strong relationships with property owners and tenants

Managing arrears effectively

Overseeing property maintenance and ensuring compliance

Reviewing inspection reports prepared by our in-house team of assistants

Addressing client and tenant inquiries and requests

What You Will Bring to the Team:

Previous experience within the property management industry

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a focus on teamwork

A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset
