About the role

Join the property management team at Firstland Real Estate as a full-time Property Manager based in our Perth CBD office. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients and tenants.

What you'll be doing

Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties including coordinating inspections, maintenance, and tenant liaison

Conduct/Oversee detailed property inspections and produce comprehensive condition reports

Effectively manage tenant relationships, including conducting/supervising routine inspections, addressing maintenance issues, and negotiating lease renewals

Ensure all properties comply with relevant legislation and regulations

Actively market available rental properties to secure new tenants

Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants

Maintain detailed and accurate records and utilise property management software

Work collaboratively with the broader property management team to ensure seamless operations

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a residential property management role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and tenants

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask

A thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation

Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite

A current WA driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for property management
