About You

Current WA Property Management Registration with up-to-date CPD points.

Current WA driver’s licence.

Minimum 2 years’ experience managing your own portfolio.

Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and property management best practices.

Proficient in PropertyMe or similar property management software.

Highly organised, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Professional presentation, with the ability to work under pressure.

Positive attitude and genuine team player.

What You Will Be Doing

Managing a residential portfolio of approximately 110 properties.

Advertising and showing properties for lease.

Conducting entry, routine, and final bond inspections (Property Condition Reports outsourced).

Coordinating maintenance and repairs with tenants and tradespeople.

Preparing and lodging lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and related documentation.

Managing rent collection, arrears, and bond lodgements.

Ensuring compliance with tenancy legislation and company procedures.

Handling tenancy disputes and attending tribunal hearings as required.

Building strong working relationships with property owners and tenants.
