Role & Duties

With experienced in-house administrative support and a dedicated team to assist with field tasks, this role is primarily office-based, with minimal inspections and outdoor work. Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating with property owners, tenants, and contractors
• Coordinating and overseeing maintenance
• Managing rental arrears
• Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and maintaining portfolio standards

About You

• A minimum 12 months industry experience
• Property Management Registration - or willingness to obtain
• Unrestricted WA drivers licence
• Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
