They are on the hunt for a Property Manager to take care of a tidy portfolio whilst providing exceptional service to their clients. The Benefits

• Up to $85,000 + super + fuel card + parking
• 1-2 days a week WFH flexibility if needed

The Position, but not limited to

• Management of a tidy portfolio of circa 80 properties - all local
• Leasing support (Portfolio capped to ensure no one is overloaded!)
• All PCRS outsourced
• Shared Assistant to help with all admin and leasing

• Experience in managing your own portfolio is essential
• Positive can do attitude Excellent time management
• Exceptional communication & Quality negotiation skills
• Immaculate presentation and highly motivated individual
• Work well in a team environment
