The Position, but not limited to

• Deliver exceptional customer service with high-touch owner communication
• Mainly office based
• Manage a portfolio within close proximity to the office, with all of the support you could dream of
• Shared assistant, no routines, no leasing, outsourced PCRS and no maintenance
• Only finals required
• Ad hoc routine inspections if required

Skills & Experience

• Previous property management experience essential
• Well presented, and an eye for detail
• Passionate about the real estate industry
• A positive attitude
• Confidence & exceptional telephone manner & customer service skills
• Multi-task and prioritise your workload
