The Role

Due to ongoing and recent project wins they are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join their team. You’ll play a crucial role in the preparation of tenders and project costings for a range of major construction projects.

The Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards across all site activities, ensuring alignment with legislative and organizational requirements.

Conduct risk assessments and audits, providing practical solutions to mitigate hazards and promote a proactive safety culture.

Deliver HSE training to site teams, fostering awareness and engagement in achieving safety objectives.

Requirements

Exposure to large Australian based builders (Tier 1 or 2 preferably)

Experience on projects valued at $20m and above

1+ years’ experience in a HSE position within the construction industry
