Your New Role
As HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for safety leadership on a major 29-storey apartment project in Brisbane’s inner south. Your role will include site inductions, toolbox talks, high-risk permit management, weekly audits, incident investigations, contractor compliance, and reporting. You’ll work closely with the Site and Project Manager to ensure a proactive safety culture is embedded across all stages of delivery.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience as an HSE Advisor on high-rise or complex multi-residential projects
• Strong knowledge of QLD WHS legislation and high-risk work permitting (cranes, lifts, formwork, façade)
• Confidence engaging with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to drive safety outcomes
• Relevant WHS qualifications (Cert IV / Diploma WHS)
