A great opportunity to join a Sydney-based MSP who are looking for a Service Delivery Analyst that will thrive in a dynamic environment, blending data analytics, reporting and customer engagement to drive continuous improvement across service delivery.
The role in more detail:
Build and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel
Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Partner with internal teams and external clients to deliver reporting solutions that support business decisions
Onboard and train clients on new technology solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders – including senior management – to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Skills and Experience required:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong customer focus, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong skills in Power BI, data modelling, and data visualisation
- Experience in a Service Delivery or BI role
