We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join our Managed Services team in North Ryde. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Level 1 helpdesk experience who's passionate about technology, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
You'll be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, supporting a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networking, and cloud platforms. You'll also assist with onboarding new clients and contribute to process improvements.
What You'll Be Achieving
Provide first-level support via phone, email, and ticketing system
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 or vendors
Assist with user account management and software installations
Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
Support onboarding and implementation of managed services
Deliver user training and contribute to continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualification in IT or related field
Experience in a helpdesk or Level 1 support role
Minimum 1-2 years of helpdesk or Level 1 support experience required
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Exposure to Active Directory, Office 365, and IT ticketing systems
Bonus: ITIL Foundation, MCSA, or CCNA certifications
Australian work rights required for this position
