We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst / Service Delivery Analyst who enjoys working with data but also thrives in a customer facing role. This position blends analytical expertise with relationship management, someone who can dive into data, uncover insights, and then confidently share those findings with clients and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for building and presenting reports, managing service delivery for key customers, and supporting business initiatives with data driven recommendations. The right person will be just as comfortable explaining insights in a boardroom as they are building dashboards in Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and models in Power BI and Excel.
• Present findings and recommendations directly to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
• Partner with internal teams (sales, support, marketing, and senior leadership) to provide insights that shape business decisions.
• Develop strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
• Continuously review and enhance reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvements, system updates, and delivery of business initiatives using agile methods.

Key Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar data, reporting, or service delivery role.
• Strong skills in Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Experience with data modelling, reporting, and analysis.
• Confident communicator, able to explain complex data in simple terms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent customer service skills, with experience engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem solving ability and attention to detail.
• Team oriented mindset, with a focus on collaboration and relationship building.
