About the Role
A global organisation is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their Corporate IT team in the Sydney CBD. You’ll provide Level 1 and 2 support across hardware, software, and core business systems, ensuring timely resolution and quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, remote access, and in person
- Log and triage incidents using ITSM tools
- Troubleshoot desktop, server, and application issues
- Escalate complex issues to senior teams
- Maintain documentation and contribute to internal knowledge base
- Support IT projects and service improvements
Skills & ExperienceEssential:
- 2+ years’ experience in a technical support role
- Windows Server (2008–2019), Windows 10/11
- Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange
- TCP/IP networking knowledge and ITIL understanding
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Experience with service desk tools (e.g., Jira_
- Jira workflows and automation
