Lead and inspire a team of chefs and cooks in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years in a fast-paced kitchen, including leadership experience

Leadership: A collaborative, hands-on leader who motivates and supports their team

Resilience: Thrives under pressure while maintaining high standards

Independence: Able to manage operations with minimal supervision

People Skills: Approachable, professional, and an excellent communicator
