We’re Hiring: Experienced Sous Chef & Chef de Partie – Press Food & Wine, Adelaide

Press Food & Wine is on the hunt for talented, motivated chefs to join our kitchen team. We’re looking for a Sous Chef ready to take on a leadership role, as well as a skilled Chef de Partie who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Sous Chef responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team

Drive quality, consistency, and creativity in every service

Contribute to menu development and kitchen operations

Mentor and train junior chefs

Chef de Partie responsibilities:

Confidently run your own section with precision and efficiency

Deliver dishes to the highest standard, every time

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service

Grow your skills and develop towards senior roles

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 2 years in a reputable, established restaurant preferred)

Passion for great food, fresh produce, and attention to detail

Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills

A positive, professional attitude
