📍 Location: Burnside, Adelaide
Sip & Sear is Adelaide's newest BBQ-fusion dining experience, opening soon in Burnside. We're redefining BBQ with high-end cuts, refined techniques, and Asian-inspired flavours, all served in a luxurious setting.
We are now seeking a passionate and ambitious Sous Chef to join our opening team and play a key role in shaping our kitchen culture.
We are also looking for CDP and Commis Chef.
What We're Looking For
2–3 years' experience in a senior kitchen role (Sous Chef, Senior Chef de Partie, or similar).
Strong skills across larder, stove, fryer, and grill.
An Asian food background will be highly regarded.
Experience in ordering, stock control, and kitchen operations.
Ability to lead, support and inspire a small team while working closely with the Head Chef.
Current Food Safety Certificate or Food Handler's Licence.
Understanding of HACCP principles and food safety standards.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
