Fractel is expanding our Custom Team and we’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented team member to join us on the Sunshine Coast. This role is all about guiding customers through their custom design journey, from initial enquiry to final delivery. You’ll be the key link between our clients, design team and production partners, ensuring every custom piece meets our premium standards of performance, sustainability and style.

Responsibilities include:

Leading customers through the custom design process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Creating mockups, tech packs, and design approvals using Adobe Illustrator.

Coordinating with suppliers and factories to ensure accurate production, timely delivery, and consistent quality.

Managing invoicing, order tracking and approvals.

Upholding Fractel’s commitment to detail and excellence in every product delivered.

Requirements:

2+ years’ experience in a similar role (customer service, production, or design-related).

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mockups and production files) preferred.

Exceptional communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

A passion for running and the outdoors is highly regarded.
