The Role

As our Solar Warranty Coordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers and suppliers when it comes to product and installation warranty claims. Your day will involve processing warranty requests, communicating with manufacturers, and tracking cases through to resolution. You’ll make sure customers feel supported and that claims are handled promptly and professionally.

This role also requires working closely with our service team and installers to gather technical details, coordinate site visits if needed, and ensure documentation is accurate. It’s a mix of customer service, admin, and coordination — perfect for someone who’s organised, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a busy environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with administration or customer service experience, ideally within solar, electrical, or construction. Strong communication skills and an ability to explain processes clearly are essential. You’ll need to be confident using computer systems, managing email workflows, and keeping records up to date.

While knowledge of solar products or electrical systems is an advantage, it’s not essential — we’ll provide training. What matters most is your attention to detail, organisational skills, and a positive, professional attitude when dealing with both customers and suppliers.
