We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organised Transport and Plant Co-ordinator to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in scheduling our machinery, operators, and heavy vehicles.

Previous experience in scheduling plant, equipment, or heavy vehicles will be highly regarded but not essential

Key Responsibilities

Provide all customers (current and potential) with the highest quality of service in a professional manner

Prepare and maintain work schedules for machinery and operators

Prepare and maintain work schedules for tipper and float drivers

Order and arrange specialised equipment requirements for jobs

Liaise and communicate effectively with operators, drivers, and senior management

Lead by example in presentation, work ethic, and teamwork

Maintain a positive and efficient working environment

Stay up to date with all changes to company policy and procedures

About You

Good Administration skills with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel

Attention to Detail

Excellent time managment skills

Ability to prioritise and good problem resolution skills
