About the role
Join our dynamic team at AB Realty as an Assistant Property Manager. In this full-time role, you will be based in our Wanneroo office, supporting our experienced Property Managers in providing exceptional service to our residential rental clients and tenants.

This role involves supporting the Property Manager in ALL aspects of residential property management, including tenant communications, lease administration, maintenance coordination and owner liaison.

What you'll be doing

The day to day administration of residential properties which will include:

Lease and Tenant Management

Property Maintenance & Contractor Co-ordination

Property Inspections & Reporting

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a property management role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Working knowledge of relevant property management legislation and regulations

Proficiency in using property management software, Property Tree, MRI Inspect and Microsoft Office applications

A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
