Dedicated Property Management (WA) are proud to announce a new vacancy at their South Perth office.
One of our fantastic team members will be relocating outside WA, so the position is available for an enthusiastic, client focussed team member to join us!
The role has a capped portfolio of 100 properties. We outsource all our entry inspections with an amazing reliable provider. We work with Property Me, Tenant Options, Inspection Express, Logitout Key Software.
Working at Dedicated Property means you become part of a fully supported, integrated team. Not only is the business owner in the office everyday providing assistance, guidance and support, she's also focussed on ensuring the team culture is 'just right' and that work is an enjoyable, fun environment. You will become a vital part in watching the agency continue to grow. Our office is collaborative and if you are stuck on an issue, we all work together to create solutions.
Properties within in the portfolio are located within close proximity to the Perth CBD, also properties in South, East and North Perth specifically. We have fantastic relationships with our landlords, tenants and contractors. When properties are onboarded, they arrive in your portfolio tenanted or ready to lease. Our office is an organised system, we all know the expected procedures and if something isn't working for the team, we fix it - immediately.
Our team meets weekly to discuss key matters, performance and procedure. It's an opportunity for a debrief and a laugh along the way!
Our team members love working with us (but don't take my word for it - ask the team!). As a dedicated property management agency, our approach to business ensures we aren't distracted with residential sales pipelines, ensuring we are all focussed on providing unparralelled customer service.
The role offers a vehicle and fuel card (for work and personal use), a car bay, an iPhone, a great salary (in-line with your level of experience) and opportunities for career development.
Aside from the key details, you are welcome to pick your hours - early bird? Not a worry, start at 7.30am. Prefer the 9am start after school drop offs? Again, that works for us. So long as you are working 37.5 hours a week (between the hours of 7.30am and 5pm), you can pick when you start and finish.
We understand that with Property Management it's really important to switch-off after hours and on the weekends. Working outside your normal work hours and on the weekends is actively discouraged! Bek looks after all the after hours calls.
Both the team leader, the business owner and the portfolio manager will be onboarding you - so portfolios aren't just 'dumped'. We ensure a full discussion and handover process to make your new role something you've unlikely seen in PM before!
