About the role

This is a full-time Property Manager Assistant position located in Kambalda West, WA, working for RMW Property Group. In this role, you'll be supporting the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of a diverse residential property portfolio.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the Property Manager with property inspections, leasing, and ongoing tenant management

Coordinating maintenance and repair requests, liaising with tradespeople and contractors

Preparing routine property reports and documentation

Providing excellent customer service to both tenants and landlords

Handling rental payments, arrears, and end-of-lease processes

Supporting the wider property management team as required

What we're looking for

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities

Working knowledge of residential property management not necessary but an advantage and training will be ongoing.

Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in using property management software not necessary but will be trained in this area and this will be ongoing.

Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
