The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at our Yatala facility. You’ll oversee delivery, drive efficiency through Lean processes, and lead a high-performing team to ensure safety, quality, and precision across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage switchboard production and workshop operations
• Own and embed HSEQ culture
• Drive efficiency and implement continuous improvement
• Lead, coach, and develop your team
• Provide technical advice and risk mitigation support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years as a Production/Delivery Manager in manufacturing (switchboards/switchrooms/kiosks ideal)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability in Lean manufacturing and efficiency improvements
• Solid understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations
