About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Production Manager to lead our Digital Imaging team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering high-quality outcomes, driving operational excellence, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

Reporting to the National Production Manager, your duties will be, but not limited to:

Lead and manage the production team to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional service.

Oversee job specifications, production schedules, and equipment maintenance.

Ensure compliance with WHS, company policies, and data confidentiality standards.

Drive continuous improvement in quality assurance, efficiency, and output.

Monitor performance metrics and manage staffing, training, and development.

About You

Proven experience in production management, ideally in digital imaging or data capture.

Knowledge of Micrographic and Electronic Imaging procedures.

Strong understanding of job cost accounting and invoicing.

Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Familiarity with scanning software (e.g., Kofax) and Windows networking.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

A commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
