We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our client’s established team!

This integral role reports into the Site Manager and is responsible for ensuring a safe work environment, delivery to production targets, and ultimate leadership of the team.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in FMCG production management and continuous improvement initiatives. A key focus will be ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant operations that support production performance and customer satisfaction, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Ensure all workplace activities comply with Occupational Health & Safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe and responsible work environment
• Ensure all aspects of the manufacturing process are managed, planned and executed within acceptable tolerances and to site targets
• Provide leadership, mentorship and coaching support to team and wider site
• Prepare reports, analyse data, promote problem solving and make continuous improvement recommendations

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within an FMCG environment
• Strong leadership and coaching capability
• Experience with continuous improvement programs and initiatives
• Experience with safety programs (JSAs, TAKE 5, SWMS, risk assessments, etc)
