About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead a busy operation where efficiency, quality and teamwork are key in Stapylton 4207. You’ll oversee production teams in a fast-moving environment, ensuring smooth workflows, consistent output, and continuous improvement across the floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate production staff to achieve daily and weekly targets
• Monitor workflows, output and quality across multiple departments
• Drive operational improvements in efficiency, safety and productivity
• Manage rosters, staff development and training
• Collaborate with senior management to meet customer demand and KPIs

• Proven leadership in a high-volume production, warehouse or FMCG-style environment
• Strong people management skills with a hands-on approach
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Solid understanding of production processes and workplace safety
