About the Role:

Prepare and cook high-quality meals across lunch & dinner service (Wed–Sun)

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment

Work as part of a supportive team to deliver consistent food standards

Contribute ideas to menus and specials

Exciting events - from concerts to gala dinners

About You:

Trade-qualified chef or relevant kitchen experience

Reliable, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen

Passionate about food and delivering quality meals

A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
