Role: As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen brigade, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities:

Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes

Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes

Assisting with the management of health and safety and food hygiene practices

Managing and training kitchen staff

Monitoring portion and waste control

Acting up in Head Chef capacity where required

Key Selection Criteria:

Diploma in Commercial Cookery

2+ years experience

Knowledge of food safety procedures and compliance obligations

Exceptional time management skills

Exceptional problem-solving skills, and an ability and willingness to resolve issues with appropriate, creative solutions
