An exciting opportunity has opened in one of the region’s most upmarket and exclusive restaurants. We are seeking passionate and driven chefs to join our team and be part of delivering world-class dining experiences.

Sous Chef

We are looking for a strong and experienced Sous Chef to support and lead alongside our Head Chef. This role requires someone with a proven background in fine dining, specialising in Italian and French cuisine, who can manage a high-performing kitchen team with confidence and creativity.

What we’re looking for:

Experience at Sous Chef level or a very strong Senior CDP ready to step up.

Expertise in Italian and/or French cuisine with fine dining experience.

Strong leadership, organisation, and mentoring skills.

Ability to deliver consistency at the highest standard.

Sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Larder Commis / Demi Chef

We are also seeking a Larder Commis or Demi Chef to join our brigade. Perfect for chefs who want to refine their skills in a fine dining environment and work with premium produce.

What we’re looking for:

Passion for food and a strong work ethic.

Previous larder or fine dining experience preferred.

Willingness to learn and develop under a highly skilled team.

A team player with attention to detail.
