Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition into the business.
• Coordinate setup of customer accounts, service schedules, and operational requirements.
• Liaise with subcontractors, carriers, and suppliers to organise service delivery.
• Ensure data accuracy in CRM systems, maintaining correct start dates, service setups, and billing triggers.
• Proactively address client concerns, providing timely solutions to maintain high service levels.

About You

• Experience in contract logistics, supply chain, or a service-oriented environment.
• Proven background coordinating subcontractors, carriers, or service providers.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
