The Role:

As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for:

Being the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

Providing accurate, timely, and friendly responses to all customer queries

Troubleshooting issues and ensuring all concerns are resolved with care and efficiency

Maintaining detailed and organised records in our internal systems

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met end-to-end

This is a dedicated customer service position – no sales targets, just exceptional service delivery

What We're Looking For:

A professional, friendly communicator who genuinely enjoys helping others

At least 2 years' experience in a customer service or high-volume call centre environment

A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask under pressure

A proactive and solution-focused mindset

Ability to work independently as well as part of a supportive team

Australian work rights are required for this position
