We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Specialist to join our close-knit team and help us continue to deliver outstanding service across our customer base.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our front-line customer service team, your responsibilities will include:

Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online portals

Processing orders accurately and efficiently through phone, email, and customer portals

Managing a high volume of queries in a fast-paced office environment

Using CRM systems to maintain clear, up-to-date records

Liaising with internal teams including Sales and Transport to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Prioritising tasks and managing your workload independently and as part of a team

Collaborating across departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service or administrative role (office-based preferred)

Proven ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay organised under pressure

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Confidence using CRM and order processing systems

A proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Experience in construction, trade, civil, or similar industries is desirable – but not essential
