TradeNet Solutions is an Australian SaaS company providing whole of business solutions to buying groups across AU/NZ/UK/US with platforms including communication, eLearning, rebates/deals, EDI, reporting, and data distribution. We’re also developing exciting new innovations to their broader supply chain with the highly anticipated launch of new technology imminent.

We’re a small, hands-on team that works closely with customers and values honesty and integrity. We’re looking for an experienced full-time allrounder across customer success and end-to-end onboarding to join us as soon as possible.

The role

The position is for a full-time Customer Success Specialist with proven experience in customer success or similar customer-facing roles. You’ll need the drive and disposition to thrive in a busy environment across varied tasks, ideally with mentorship and guidance rather than direct supervision. Attention to detail and developed organisational skills are essential to help you meet deadlines and demonstrated project and/or implementation management experience is highly desirable.

A keen technical mind and ability to work with data as well as people will be very beneficial. You’ll be working closely with the Sales and IT teams to understand existing clients’ needs, as well as within Operations. Working within a small team means you’ll have the chance (if you want it) to get involved with different areas of the business and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

Examples of your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Develop healthy client relationships – build and promote customer loyalty through exceptional service and communication and be authentically yourself.

Lead onboarding – coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver new client implementations to deadline.

Create success – problem solve to initiate and develop solution driven results to customer issues and be the person that everyone wants to approach with questions or concerns.

Maintain success – liaise with your portfolio of clients as needed including ensuring regular relationship health checks, managing ticket triage and contributing to Level 1 support tickets.

Become a product expert – develop appropriate and reasonable knowledge of TradeNet product suite.

Share knowledge – deliver well-structured and easy to understand customer training, documentation and webinars.

Collaborate – communicate customer needs and expectations to internal teams and contribute your ideas to our continuous improvement program.

Preferred skillset includes:

Strong relationship-building and communication skills, developed EQ, and professional presentation.

Excellent logical problem-solving approach.

2+ years’ experience as a Customer Success Specialist or in a similar role.

Success in implementation/project management delivery across multiple simultaneous projects.

Flair in producing structured training plans and content.

Tech-proficient with SaaS software, CRM systems (eg Zoho), ticketing systems (eg Jira), and Microsoft Office.

Comfort with data manipulation.

Highly desirable:

Buying Group or Franchise experience (any capacity)

Marketing, video production or graphic design experience

Practicalities

Work type: Hybrid/On-site at Notting Hill Head Office (Melbourne)

Salary band: $70-80k + Super, commensurate with experience

Right to work: Must have legal entitlement to work in Australia
