YOUR BIG OPPORTUNITY
It's not ‘just a job’, it's a customer-centric adventure! You’ll be the first initial friendly face and voice to address customer inquiries with style, and expertise. As the first line of contact, you'll promptly step in to resolve any technical issues or service concerns. Yet, your impact goes beyond this – you'll also orchestrate the processing of quotes and orders, ensuring you're well-informed about the latest company updates.
You’ll be a legendary customer service all-rounder!
Your day will generally look like:
Tackle a mix of incoming calls and emails with pro finesse.
Craft detailed responses to product and service questions.
Help customers to resolve their issues.
Record customer interactions like a superhero archivist.
Juggle and process sales proposals and orders effortlessly.
Be the carrier pigeon of company updates.
Play ‘matchmaker’, directing inquiries to the right person or team.
WHAT DOES OUR CLIENT’S ‘ROCKSTAR’ LOOK LIKE?

Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Confident and natural communicator with excellent phone manner.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexible, adaptable with excellent organisation and time-management skills.
Basic data entry knowledge.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Empathetic and patient individual with a genuine desire to help customers.
Friendly, positive, and with a 'can-do' attitude.
Ability to follow communication guidelines, procedures, and policies.
