Role: Sales Support Co-ordinator

Role Location: Sydney, Surry Hills

Salary Band - 70,000 to 80,000 AUD (Dependent on Experience) + Commission

Overview

The Sales Support role is a multi-disciplinary position that supports a large portfolio of customers across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This role is critical to building and managing our customer relationships in the APAC region, with a focus on client success, account management, platform adoption, and identifying opportunities for growth through technology and platform upgrades. You will work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to coordinate strategy and expand our client partnerships.

Responsibilities

The Sales Support Co-Ordinator will manage a large portfolio of customers in Australia and New Zealand, with accountability for their success and growth.

Your responsibilities include:

Sales Support: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for the overall delivery of the Beonic solution as per contract terms.

Upgrades: Proactively work with clients to identify opportunities to introduce them to new products and services, as well as new technologies such as Wi-Fi, People Counting, and LiDAR, to help them achieve their business goals.

Commercials & Pricing: Lead commercial negotiations and contracting with clients for the upsell of additional products and services. You will be responsible for creating proposals and closing deals for new and existing accounts.

Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute long-term plans to deeply embed Beonic within a client's organization. This requires a thorough understanding of their business, key stakeholders, objectives, and challenges. You will collaborate with Beonic teams in Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Services to deliver these plans.

Client Relations & Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. You will lead the client engagement cadence, which may include regular WIPs (work in progress meetings) and quarterly or annual business reviews to ensure continued partnership and success.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Industry & Domain Knowledge: Beonic operates in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Martech. We work with various technologies, including Wi-Fi, People Counting, Cameras, LiDAR, and other IoT devices. You should have proven skills in one or more of these areas, having worked in organizations with both SaaS and professional services offerings.

Experience:

2 to 3+ years in a similar position within a SaaS environment.

Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated professionalism and patience in client interactions.

Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
