About the Role

The Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Consultants at G.J. Gardner Homes. This position ensures a seamless and professional customer experience by managing administrative tasks, coordinating client meetings, liaising with external stakeholders, and providing end to end support throughout the sales process.

This full-time role operates from our Jamisontown office and our North Richmond display home. The standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to digital leads within required timeframes, ensuring client enquiries are moved promptly into the discovery stage.

Book appointments directly into Sales Consultants’ calendars and prepare detailed briefs with client information.

Accurately maintain client files and collect supporting documentation to assist Sales Consultants in initial meetings.

Provide professional customer service and act as the first point of contact for potential clients.

Support Sales Consultants with scheduling, meeting preparation, documentation, and follow up.

Manage sales documentation, quotes, variations, and plan modifications in collaboration with estimators and the drafting team.

Prepare and post House and Land packages online and assist with social media and local marketing activities.

Attend and contribute to sales meetings, training, and team sessions as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and the G.J. Way of Selling.
