The Role

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in sales while gaining front-of-house experience. You’ll be the welcoming face of our Sydney office while supporting the sales team to win and service clients. You’ll assist with quoting, sales administration, and client follow-ups building strong relationships that help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact: greet visitors, answer calls, and manage reception enquiries

• Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals and purchase orders

• Follow up client enquiries and provide professional, timely responses

• Update and maintain CRM records with accurate sales data

• Assist with coordinating event bookings and liaise with operations on client requirements

• Provide general office and administrative support

About You

• Confident, professional communicator with strong people skills

• Motivated by building client relationships and delivering great service

• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage competing deadlines

• Computer proficient (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace; CRM knowledge a bonus)

• Positive, “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn

• Full Australian work rights

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

• Experience in sales, reception, retail, or customer service

• Interest in events, production, or hire industries

• Current driver’s license
