A leading lighting supplier is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic professional with a knack for client engagement to join their growing Sydney team.

In this role of Sales & Operations Specialist you will work closely with the Sales Manager and serve as a crucial support pillar for sales activities.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Sales Manager with the daily management, support, and maintenance of relationships with our network of existing distributors and resellers

Coordinate, track and ensure the smooth execution of custom lighting projects from initial concept through to delivery

Proactively follow up and engage with clients who have open quotes to facilitate decision-making, answer queries, and help close sales

Conduct targeted outreach and initial connecting to identify and secure potential new business opportunities

Skills and experience

Strong organisational skills with a pro-active attitude

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal

A proven ability to manage diverse accounts and support multiple complex projects

Experience in a sales support, account management, or internal sales coordination role

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales support, account management, or internal sales coordination

Past experience in designer lighting or the architecture & design sector highly regarded

Australian work rights required for this position
