Eyes of AI™ is seeking a highly organised and dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our sales operations, ensuring smooth communication, exceptional customer service, and effective marketing engagement.
As a critical member of our team, you will handle client interactions, organise documentation, support virtual training, and actively participate in enhancing our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Inquiry Management: Professionally manage incoming calls, offering prompt, clear, and knowledgeable responses to customer queries, ensuring a positive first-level support experience.
Proactive Client Engagement: Conduct outbound calls for marketing initiatives, service follow-ups, and customer relationship management, enhancing client retention and satisfaction.
Documentation and Administration: Maintain accurate and organised records of sales documents, customer interactions, and marketing materials, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Virtual Sales and Training Assistance: Support virtual training sessions, product demonstrations, and online/on-site sales presentations, facilitating seamless interaction between customers and internal teams.
Email Communication: Efficiently manage incoming email and contact form inquiries, providing timely and clear responses, and escalate issues when necessary to appropriate team members.
Social Media Coordination: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and generate leads.
Qualifications and Experience:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.
Ability to effectively interact and collaborate with clinicians, dental practitioners, and healthcare professionals.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound sales and support calls.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM and customer support tools, and other sales-related software.
A solid understanding of the dental or broader healthcare industry is highly desirable.
Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving.
Capable of clearly articulating company vision and managing stakeholder expectations.
