My client is a national supplier to Australia’s commercial markets, specialising in innovative lighting solutions for a wide range of applications.

The team is recognized for deep product knowledge, a consultative approach, and a commitment to supporting the design and engineering community with integrated, code-compliant solutions.
The Role
As a senior sales professional, you will:
Engage directly with architects, designers, and specifiers to understand their design aspirations and project needs.
Deliver solution-based product presentations that align technical lighting solutions with creative and functional briefs.
Develop and maintain a structured sales cycle, including proactive lead generation, consultative follow-up, and effective account management.
Operate independently while contributing to a collaborative, technically skilled team environment.
Represent the company at industry events to build brand recognition and nurture long-term professional relationships.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience selling technical solutions to architects, designers, and electrical contractors—experience in lighting or building products is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to listen, interpret client needs, and articulate complex concepts clearly.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable initiating new business in competitive environments.
Salary & Benefits
Base salary: $100,000 – $130,000
