HSE Manager – Solar Farm Project (Western Downs, Wandoan)

We’re seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join a brand-new 2-year solar farm project in the Western Downs region of Wandoan. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading EPC contractor on a landmark renewable energy development.

About the Role

• Oversee health, safety, and environmental management across the project
• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and project requirements
• Drive a strong safety culture and support project teams in HSE performance
• Reporting directly to project leadership

Roster & Location

• 10/4 DIDO roster or 5/2 (ideal for candidates in QLD, local to the region or open to relocation)
• Find your own accommodation (client can assist with accommodation for the first 2 weeks while you get settled)

About You

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager in renewable energy civil construction, or infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for safety and continuous improvement
