About the role

Cooper & Cooper Property Management is seeking an experienced Inspection Manager to join our team in Wollongong, NSW. This part-time role will be responsible for overseeing the inspection process for our extensive portfolio of residential rental properties, ensuring the highest standards of property maintenance and client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Schedule and conduct regular property inspections, identifying any maintenance or repair issues

Liaise with landlords and tenants to address inspection findings and coordinate necessary actions

Maintain detailed property inspection records and reporting

Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a seamless and efficient inspection process

Assist with the implementation of new property management systems and processes

What we're looking for

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve property maintenance issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with landlords, tenants and internal teams

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

A team player with the ability to lead and motivate a team of property inspectors
