We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Expert to manage and grow the online presence of multiple brands, including:

Two individual mortgage brokers (Instagram & TikTok)

Mortgage company pages

Asset finance company pages

Role Details:

Part-time: 2–3 days per week

Location: Newcastle NSW

Start date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a tailored content strategy for each profile (brokers, mortgage company, asset finance company)

Create and schedule engaging content (short-form video, reels, posts, stories)

Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and community growth

Track analytics and report on growth, engagement, and lead generation

Stay up to date with social media trends, particularly in the finance and property space

Requirements:

Proven track record of growing and maintaining Instagram and TikTok profiles

Experience managing business social media accounts, ideally in finance, property, or professional services

Strong content creation and editing skills (especially short-form video)

Knowledge of paid social strategies is a bonus but not essential

Ability to work independently and consistently deliver results
