We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Inspection Manager to join our super star team, responsible for end to end leasing process.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Manager to oversee the end-to-end leasing process. This role is pivotal in ensuring properties are leased quickly, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

You will manage property marketing, enquiries, inspections, applications, and lease sign-ups, supported by administrative staff and technology platforms. Success in this role means consistently delivering same-day communication to clients, maintaining compliance, and achieving strong leasing turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all property leasing activities, including advertising, enquiry handling, and inspections.

Conduct open homes and private inspections, delivering prompt and professional follow-up to prospective tenants.

Process rental applications, reference checks, and lease sign-ups with full compliance.

Provide landlords with clear, same-day feedback on enquiries, applications, and market response.

Coordinate with the Property Management team to ensure seamless tenant handovers.

Maintain detailed records in Vault CRM and PropertyTree.

Achieve set KPIs, including leasing turnaround time, inspection conversions, and client satisfaction.

About You

Proven experience in a leasing or property management role.

Current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential).

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work autonomously while following strict processes and timelines.

High attention to detail with a compliance-first mindset.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
